As the daughter of two small business owners, I was raised with an entrepreneurial spirit and started helping my parents with their back-office operations at a young age.

I started my first business in 7th grade, a non-profit that distributed school supplies to kids in under-resourced areas around the world. Since then, I’ve worked in industries as diverse as music, parking, financial services, non-profit, consulting, and marketing agencies.

I hold a BA from Vassar College and an MBA from the University of Chicago and live in Chicagoland with my husband and kids.

When I joined Growth Machine in 2018 as their first full-time hire, I saw beyond my project management role to identify critical scaling opportunities that others missed.

I took the initiative to design and build the operational infrastructure that powered the company's remarkable 8x growth in under 3 years—transforming a promising startup into a market leader, and earning a promotion to COO.

As COO, I was in charge of building and optimizing the company’s back-office systems to keep up with rapid growth, hiring and managing teams while keeping inter-departmental priorities aligned toward common company goals, and owning the day-to-day operations that allowed the company to deliver 180+ articles per month, without missing a single deadline.

I also developed onboarding and performance review systems, built a company culture that facilitated 95% employee retention rates, and scaled our processes to support 30% YoY team growth.

My strategic value was recognized in 2020 when the founder entrusted me with the company's future, elevating me from COO to CEO.
